Spencer is an active BJJ athlete and hobbyist powerlifter with a long history in Muay Thai, Hockey, and Rugby. His experience across multiple sports gives him a practical understanding of performance demands, injury patterns, and recovery.
His practice places a special focus on neck pain and TMJ dysfunction, while maintaining a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to treating a wide range of issues — from soft tissue injuries to everyday aches and pains.

Registered Clinical Counsellor
Monique is a compassionate and collaborative Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She supports children, youth, adults, and seniors in navigating life’s challenges, and holds a Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University.
Monique is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered. She takes a person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.
Her clinical work focuses on emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, and managing anxiety, stress, and low mood. She has experience supporting children, including those with autism and ADHD, in developing emotional awareness and regulation skills in a practical and developmentally appropriate way. She also has training and experience supporting men in addressing anger, relationship challenges, and behavioural patterns in a direct, practical, and non-judgmental manner.
Monique is committed to keeping therapy practical and accessible, offering tools and strategies that clients can apply in their day-to-day lives.
As a Canadian-born South Asian therapist, Monique brings an understanding of cultural dynamics, intergenerational experiences, and community expectations. She is committed to culturally responsive care and is mindful of the unique challenges and barriers that may be experienced within the South Asian community.
Her approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. She works alongside her clients to help them build insight, navigate challenges, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Devon San, a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from the Langara RMT program in 2021. He is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia (RMTBC) and is registered and in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) He also holds a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. After practicing as a Registered Kinesiologist for a few years he decided to go back to school and become an RMT.
Growing up in Surrey, Devon played a variety of sports during his childhood and younger adult years including soccer, hockey, football, golf and numerous others. It was the love of sport that got Devon interested in the field of kinesiology initially.
Educating his patients is what Devon enjoys most about being a RMT. The chance to teach someone in pain why they may be in pain and how they can help themselves is what he looks forward to everyday he goes to work
